Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
This policy explains what information Colorocket (www.colorocket.com) collects when you use the site, why, and what choices you have. We keep it short where we can: you can use Colorocket without an account and without telling us who you are.
Who we are
Colorocket is operated by Onway s.r.o., Horna 62/2, 076 02 Kysta, Slovak Republic, Company ID 47422190, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Kosice, Section: Sro, Insert No. 33470/V. We are the controller of the personal data described below.
Questions or requests about your data: hello@colorocket.com.
The short version
- You can browse, print and color online without an account. We never ask for your name unless you write to us.
- With your consent (where the law requires it), we use Google Analytics to see which coloring pages people use.
- Your online coloring progress stays in your own browser. We don't receive it.
- If you email us or use the contact form, we use your message only to answer you.
- You can change your cookie choices at any time with the "Your privacy choices" link at the bottom of every page.
What we collect and why
When you visit the site
Our hosting provider receives the technical data every website receives: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. We use it to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix errors. It is kept for a short period in server logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We also use your IP address to work out your country so we can show the right cookie banner. Only the result (a region code) is stored, in the cr_region cookie for 24 hours.
When a page can't be found, we record the requested address and the page that linked to it, so we can repair broken links. This record does not contain your IP address.
We count how often coloring pages are downloaded and opened in the online coloring tool, per collection, without identifying you. We use these counts to show popular collections.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, clicks on "Download" and "Color online", printing and saving in the coloring tool, device and browser, and approximate location (derived from your IP address, which Google Analytics does not store). Google Analytics sets cookies with a random identifier. We keep this data for 14 months.
- In the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics runs only after you click "Accept all" or allow analytics in "Settings". Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Elsewhere, analytics is on by default, and you can turn it off with "Your privacy choices".
Google signals and advertising
If you allow advertising cookies, Google Analytics also uses Google signals: when you are signed in to a Google account that allows ad personalization, Google can associate your visit with that account to provide cross-device reports and demographic and interest data, and Google may use this information to personalize ads you see across the web. Google acts as an independent controller for this processing; see How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Without advertising consent, Google signals and ad personalization stay off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising.
The online coloring tool
Your colors, settings and the last page you colored are saved in your browser's local storage on your device, so you can continue where you left off. This information is not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it. Downloading, printing and sharing your artwork happen in your browser.
When you contact us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name (if given), email address and message. We use them only to reply and to handle your request. Messages from the form are stored in our site's administration and delivered to our mailbox by our email delivery provider. To limit spam, we keep a one-way hash of the sending IP address with the message (never the address itself). Form messages are deleted from the site after 12 months. We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed, at the latest two years after the conversation ends, unless we must keep it longer by law. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who we share data with
We don't sell your personal information for money. We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf and under contracts that protect it:
- Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting and server logs.
- Neon (USA): the database behind the site. It does not contain visitor profiles.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA, global network): domain name system and delivery of images.
- Google (Ireland/USA): Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics; for Google signals and advertising Google acts as an independent controller.
- Resend (USA): delivery of messages sent through the contact form.
- Elbia (Slovakia): our email mailbox.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
International transfers
Some providers are based in the United States. Where a provider is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions), transfers rely on that framework; otherwise they rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect processing before the withdrawal). To use these rights, email hello@colorocket.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, in Slovakia the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, dataprotection.gov.sk), or the authority where you live.
US residents. Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or its use for targeted advertising. Analytics and advertising cookies may count as such sharing under some state laws. You can opt out at any time with "Your privacy choices", and we honor Global Privacy Control signals. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, or to appeal a decision about one, email hello@colorocket.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Children
Colorocket is made for families, teachers and anyone who enjoys coloring. Children can use the site without giving us any personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA). The contact form is meant for parents, teachers and other adults. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the site or the law changes, for example when we add new features. The date at the top shows the latest version.
